We at Eaglesmarts strive to enable kids to learn & develop competitive skills/ personality traits early on during their developmental phase to set them up for success in life.

Born in a humble defense family, I completed my engineering like most kids in India are set to do. During this time, an NGO approached our university looking for volunteers who can conduct free robotics classes for unprivileged kids, I followed my heart and was quick to sign up for it.
That journey gave me different perspective in life, working with these kids taught me that every kid is talented in their own ways. Just that, they lack the knowledge/guidance or the privilege to access the right mentoring at the right time of their developmental cycle. Soon after engineering I took up a corporate job just like everyone strives for. But continued teaching on the side. I taught robotics, took academic tuitions, mentored kids. The day my daughter was born, I decided to start baby led weaning to make her an independent learner early on. I started sharing the same learnings online and trained several mothers to do the same with their kids.
I now want to share all my learnings with all those kids who too want to grasp the competitive skills and get the edge ahead in life.
